In our family, learning about the Bible is #1. We are always looking for some great lesson plans to help make the Bible more accessible to the kids, and applicable to their everyday life. Today, I found some great FREE (of course) lessons on the Old Testament.
We believe that reading and studying the Bible is an important advantage and necessity of for our homeschool. Unfortunately, my kids (especially my younger ones), can get bored when we just read straight from the Bible. We are always looking for new ways to get the lessons through to them without turning them off the Bible completely. These lessons make it fun for younger kids to learn about God’s Word! With coloring pages, discussion topics and memory verses, each one of the following lessons is a perfect addition to any home school (or Sunday school) curriculum.
Interested in why we believe this way? Read the verses below. 🙂 This list has 163 lessons for kids on the Old Testament. I haven’t gone through every single lesson yet, but the ones I have, my kids have enjoyed using, and it was a lot more effective than a dry reading session! Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below!
